    Little bit of knee pain going on during my squat warmup.

    Squat
    335 x 5 x 3

    New PR. This is the weight that beat me the first time through. Good to be back and confident under the bar.

    Bench Press
    235 x 5 x 3 sets

    I donít know if Iím doing the right programming thing here. I only dropped about 10lbs off (Apparently Iím determined to make every mistake for myself). My plan is just to head back up in 2.5lbs jumps. I donít think my technique is good, since my outside pec/inside shoulder pain on the left side has not gone away. Iíll have to dive deeper into the blue book and some videos.

    Power cleans
    115 x 3 x 5 sets

    Not bad. Anxious to get the 45ís on the bar.

    Way too long of a workout today 80+ minutes.

    Weight is at 221

    Light squat day. All work sets done in about 12 min

    Iíve got pain in both shoulders. Taking it slowly for now.

    Deadlift
    380 x 5 New PR

    Pulled it fairly easy. My back did not get firmly set, so I need to focus on that more next time I pull.

    35 minute total workout. I missed a workout this week, but will hit another a heavy squat PR on either Sunday or Monday.

    Not really motivated to train today, but did anyway.

    Squat
    345 x 5 - PR
    345 x 5
    345 x 1 - Kind of in my head the last set. Should have waited a few more minutes before trying this set but Iím already running 10 min of rest between sets. Will try the weight again next week.

    Bench Press
    225 x 5 x 3
    A small reset. The shoulders feel a little recovered.

    Hit the exercise bike for about 10 min.

    Firmly NDTP right now. Iíve had shoulder pain when I press and knee pain that mostly lasts all day. I will also admit that I fell down the steps at home last week, and that did not help matters. Still going to log what Iím doing and will probably try to run back on NLP one more time once I get another set of 45ís to keep training my deadlift. I only have 395lbs of weights at the moment.

    Grip failed on the deadlift.

    Took about 40 min to warmup and get this all done.

    Ran out of time. First time pressing in a while. Warmed up a lot. Hit an hour on my workout and had to stop.

    Really just treading water for the time being. Iím interested in continuing my power cleans and moving to once per week PRís for the rest of the lifts to conserve my time/sanity/interest. Iíll look through PP and try to come up with something. If anybody has links to articles that would set me straight, those would be appreciated as well.

    Felt pretty good. Not much shoulder pain.

    63 min workout. Had to cut it short again. Probably have to reset my deadlift this week and run back up again. My last heavy set of 5 was 3 weeks ago
