Did not feel ready for this today and had to gut it out. I’ve been eating less calories (not tracking but probably less than 3,000) Trying to keep my protein high with a couple of shakes per day. I’m weighing myself about once per week, and I was down to 217 last Sunday. I will start to track calories again if I hit a wall on my deadlifts.

These are getting pretty sloppy. I haven’t cracked the blue book in six months but I’ll probably have to get my form right to keep 5 lb jumps going. Lower back still kind of tight.

A milestone I’ve been looking forward too.
Weight is at 221. I’m still sore from my first set of pull-ups a few days ago, but other than that feeling pretty good. Curious how my back will feel. Need to keep taking in the protein and get some sleep.
