Did not feel ready for this today and had to gut it out. I’ve been eating less calories (not tracking but probably less than 3,000) Trying to keep my protein high with a couple of shakes per day. I’m weighing myself about once per week, and I was down to 217 last Sunday. I will start to track calories again if I hit a wall on my deadlifts.
