Im pretty sure Mr Rip would say "Read the book". And then also "The first three questions". The question is clearly identified.
So I've missed 265# on back squat the last 3 workout days so a bit over a week. I mark myself as 0 reps x 3 sets and every time I click today's workout it tells me to do 5x3 of 265#. It's been a long time since I read SS but... wouldn't it make a lot more sense to back off to weight I can actually do then continously 0 repping 265#? Obviously I can just back off my self but then "I wouldn't be following the program".
Thoughts?

I gather you are doing the novice program. If that is true you may need to back off a bit and then move forward. If you get stuck again you may be at the end of your novice program. If so, consult a SS coach for advice. The cost is well worth it.
Pretty sure the app has a “deload” button.
If I keep making faces during my overhead press I may have to reduce the increments to 2.5lbs.
But I haven’t used the deload button so I can’t really say how it works.
