Squat: 3x5 @ 111kg
Bench: 3x5 @ 80kg
Deadlift: 3-1-1 @ 120kg
On deadlift, my grip became too sweaty after the third rep. Between my final warm up set and my working set, I chalked my hand 3 times, and it still wasn't enough to hold back the sweat. If I had handled chalking/drying properly, I'd have gotten all 5 reps. But, today, I had to rechalk before my fourth rep, and again before my fifth.
Squat reps took no longer than 2 seconds, from hitting the bottom to reaching the top.
Deadlift reps took right around 1.5 seconds, from plates leaving the ground until reaching the top.
