After filming myself I noticed that, although my start position was below parallel, I wasn’t dropping back below parallel on every squat. So I lowered my start position to allow room to drop lower into the squat. This makes the first rep real tough, but is necessary for me to do squats to depth. After trying it, I deloaded some.
