    0530 squat 220, bench 185, pc 115, some biceps curls and triceps extension for the dessert.

    0603 squat 225, press 132.5, dl 285 and during the second rep some lower back pain on the right side, close to SI-joint gave me an excuse to give up for today. Hamstrings are tight AF, I have serious troubles to grab the bar and get a starting position where it doesn't hurt already.

    0606 squat 230, bench 190, pc 120, 2*8*85 biceps curls and 2*8*95 lying triceps extension for the dessert. Right side of lower back prevents bending over for a good deadlift position.

    0610 squat 235, press 137.5 (5,5,4+1), dl 285 and lower back pain on 1st rep already, 265 warm-up was ok, same with 205 after the failed set. Should I just deload to weight which is pain free and start ramping up again?

    0613 squat 245, bench 200, pc 135 not much energy left for doing the arms

    0617 squat 250, press 145 (4,4,4,3), dl caused back pain already with 200

    0620 after a few badly slept nights, stomach issues and not eating enough I had a hunch how it will play out today.

    squat 255 (4) quads were the bottleneck. I did just some volume with lower weight (210) in 2nd and 3rd set.
    bench 205, felt a bit soft as well
    dl 200 (5) without back pain

    0625 squat 225 (legs were soft AF), press 145 (5,4+1,3+2) no time for dl. I did an early quick morning run today even I know it's adverse for weight training... normally no running at gyms days and no hard/long run before gym day (3-4 times per week, total mileage 20-25). Weight ~220 lbs :O

    0627 squat 235, bench 210, chin-ups 7,6,5 no deadlift or power clean, lower back is really painful.
