    0303 squat 230, press 135, bench 210 (one set), dl 292.5, lte 10x42.5kg, few chin-ups

    I bought lifting shoes and started using those since 7th of Feb, most of the knee slide was eliminated but not all. Despite I had to learn how to squat all over again, won't go back to barefoot lifting voluntarily.

    0306 squat 242.5 (almost missed 5th rep of 1st set), bench 210, press 140 (one set), dl 307.5 (two reps)
    0307 dl 1x307.5 (grip gave up on 2nd rep), press 1x165 (175 didn't go up), lte 45kg 2x8, biceps curls 40kg 2x8

    0310 squat 247.5, press 140, bench 215 (one set), dl 307.5 and on fifth rep grip gave up and bar slipped from the hands to the floor. Next time try with magnesium.

    0313 sqwaat 255 (4+1,5, failure on 3rd rep, 3), bench 215, press 145 (4), power clean 5x3x135

    Getting failed in squat with 255 is depressing. Same thing happened in last June and January as well. Nice mental glasroof.

    Now what, more weight/volume/rest/frequency?

    Wondering if I should try to increase the frequency from two to three times a week?

    0411 squat 275 (5*3), press 155, dl 325 (3+1+1)
    -legs were soft af, 4th rep of 1st set failed so I went for triplets today. Press went ok, in dl grip was the bottle neck. Over a week pause is not good, that we know.

    0417 squat 275 (4+1, 4+1, 3+2), bench 230 (4+1, 4+1, 3+1+1), dl 330 (3+1+1), press 155 (3, 2), triceps 8x45kg, some chin-ups
    -disappointing struggle in squat and especially bench, muscles got sore af
