Got my shoes and belt this past weekend so I went up by 10 lbs on squat and deads. Shoes make a huge difference in stability on squats. Dominion Strength makes a damn good belt. Highly recommend.

Took a sample pre-workout "Amped AF" from Steel before training. Awful. Never again. Felt awful during squats and bench training, nauseous as hell. Powered through the training anyway, but that sucked.
