    Training is getting brutal. Iíve heard that the end of LP is a grind. Iíll keep getting after it... onward.

    10/14/2020:

    Row: 260x5x3

    Chins: BW(247)+12.5x5x3

    Dips: BW(247)+7.5x10x3

    Going to try same weight on press again next time. Only up 10 lbs since last reset. If a reset happens it'll be the last one before moving to intermediate programming for Press.

    There's not a SS coach anywhere within driving distance to get help on cleans, so not sure what to do. Rows are not the program.
