I went away on vacation for a week. Per SS book, since I didn't miss more than 5 to 6 workouts, I just used last workout numbers.

The working sets all felt very difficult today to maintain form. I think I’m starting to hit the wall. We’ll see.

Press: 155x5x3
Clean: 190x3x1 - my form is completely off. I struggled getting just 3 good reps, but form felt awful and I don’t want to get injured. I’ll look into finding a SS coach around here, but for now I’m going back to rows.
Rows: 230x5x3

Squat: 325x5x3
Bench: 225x5x3 - starting to get shaky and a little painful on the wrists. Going to do 2.5 lb increments going forward.
Dead: 375x2x1 - abject failure on 3rd rep. Didn’t even get it off the ground. I’ll try the weight again next time. If failed again I’ll do a 5% reset.

Bench: 227.5x5x3 (PB) - nothing but PB's from here on out.
Dead: 375x5x1 - Got it this time. I don't understand what happened last time. I got great sleep and diet was good. This time I slept awful the night before. *shrug*
