    Row: 260x5x3

    Chins: BW(247)+12.5x5x3

    Dips: BW(247)+7.5x10x3

    Going to try same weight on press again next time. Only up 10 lbs since last reset. If a reset happens it'll be the last one before moving to intermediate programming for Press.

    There's not a SS coach anywhere within driving distance to get help on cleans, so not sure what to do. Rows are not the program.

    I think I didn’t rest long enough between first and second set. Will move up 1.25 pounds next.

    what matters is that you are logging them in the gym, not so much how you record it on the piece of paper. good work and progress, impressed how long you were able to keep those 10# jumps going...ah, to be young
