    starting strength coach development program
    2/2/2020:

    Deadlift (Intensity): 405x4x1, 405x1x1 - failed 5th rep, waited a minute then did last rep.

    Squat (Volume): 325x5x5 - Been 3 weeks, so I did a 5% reset to intensity and did 90% of that new number here.
