    better

    OHP: 55 kg * 4, 4, 3; 50 kg *4
    too many peeps in gym to use extra collars to micro load. same reps as last time despite going up by c.1.5 kg is a success. will try a couple more times, go up with triples if i can't make it

    Deadlift: 150 kg * 4
    4 rep PB. kicking myself for not attempting fifth

    Curls: 30? kg * 8, 8, 8
    10 kg on each side of the curl bar. couldn't find space by wall so perhaps less than entirely strict

    Squat: 112.5 kg * 5, 5, 5
    nice

    Bench: 72.5 kg * 4, 4, 4
    i keep on driving myself up the bench, making bar path worse on later reps

    Chin ups: 91.7 kg (74.2 + 17.5) * 3, 3, 3; bw * 6
    dead hang to chest touching bar. was in a rush so just did strict triples; realised dumbbell and did extra 6 bw reps right after last set
