    • starting strength seminar april 2024
    • starting strength seminar jume 2024
    • starting strength seminar august 2024
    3rd week in, 185: 5”11
    B-230 3x5 5-5-4
    S-245 3x5 5-5-5
    D 320 1x5 5
    I know rip is big on pressing but bad shoulder so I just bench all 3 days first set I haven’t made in 3 weeks felt great. Gonna blame it on the diet today. Recover this weekend and eat well, prepping for Monday

    Welcome.

    How do you calculate the 1400 especially when you don't include the press? The way I was taught was to calculate the top single from each of the four lifts. Do you do it differently?

    I am no expert, but I was considering the big 3 when I titled this thread. Squat, bench, deadlift. My goal is to be in the 5”s on squat and deadlift and get up to 400 on bench

    185-bw 2500 cal diet
    S-250 5-5-5went well, dialing in form
    B- 235 5-4-3 got greedy...10lb jump, trust the program lol
    D-325 all 5 no straps very happy with that
