How long ago did you start working the power clean in?

double overhand grip failed on dl, rested mid set and switched to alternate grip to finish set. I seemed to have aggravated my right hip flexor a bit also.

I was able to spend some extra time in the gym this morning and used it to check my form. I found that I'm going a little bit too low on the squat and could possibly shove my knees out more, but more importantly, I'm dropping my hips far too low on the dead lift. I reset these two lifts and my hips are feeling much better so far. I'm going to scrap the power clean (my favorite) for now and try to get this sorry dead lift in shape. It was heavy at 225 Bench press was solid.

Rough morning. Hip pain returned during squats. Proceeded to lose progress on press, and didn't even bother with dead lift after attempting 135. This is a lot harder than it was a decade ago!

Not sure where to go from here.

After reading some articles and posts here, I'm convinced now that this thing is a muscle pull from the power cleans.

I'm going to rest a bit and start back soon with lighter weights and definitely table the clean for a while. I'll also try to be a little less ambitious.
