Hi everyone,

A few years ago I did a full cycle of SS+TM and reached the following PR's (5'8" at 180lbs)

Squat 405lb - 1rep
Deadlift 405lb - 1rep
Bench 315lb - 1rep
Press 180lb - 1rep

Now after almost a 2 year hiatus on training (still kept pretty athletic though - weighing around 190lbs), will do a second run of SS.

Any advice from people who have done multiple cycles or any thing that I should be aware of or pay attention too?
