    OHP: 50kg (5/5/5) - going back to microloading (51kg next session)
    DL: was in a rush and had no time to do my workset, did a quick 100kg 1x5 instead

    Bench: 67.5kg (4/3/3) - hit the plates on the pins on the first reps of the first two sets - def. not doing that again haha

    Caught the virus at the beginning of March and took a two month break. Resumed around the 10th of May, but I haven't been updating this thread. Anyway...
