    Friday 30/09
    Squat - 155kg - YouTube
    Bench Press - 96kg - YouTube
    Deadlift 172,5kg (skipped)
    Chins 3x (skipped)

I had to skip Wednesday's workout because I got no sleeo the night before and just had to rest the whole day.

I decided to do 155kg on the squat. It wasn't super heavy but I think depth wasn't there all the time. Plus this gym bro started cheering me as I did my reps which was kinda distracting. Rest was around 7'.

Bench felt heavy enough. Rest was 6/7'

Deadlift hook grip still hurt. Plus, I probably did too much on the squat and press and was cooked by the end of the workout, and I was in a rush, so I got to 160kg and barely did a couple reps and then just left.

    Squat 150kg
    Press 60kg
    Deadlift 160kg

Still haven't weighted myself but I look noticeably skinnier, probably lost 2/3 kg.
If I have to be honest, smoking or drinking is definitely not helping, but I am trying to smoke less every day. I don't get drunk or smoke 20 cigatettes a day, but it is a new stress for my body since back home I don't smoke and am completely sober.

Although I rested pretty well this weekend and ate a whole lot of meat, I still felt pretty weak at the beginning of the workout. 150kg on the squat felt heavy. Bent over too much.
    Rest was 7/8'.

Decided to do a deload after the squat.
No point in stressing myself more than I can take, and not recovering at all.

    Squat 130x5 135x5 140x5
    Press 60 3x5
    Deadlift 160

So, I skipped a workout, took a break from social life this weekend, did some hiking in the mountains (no soreness or anything like that), and ate a whole bunch of meat. Not a lot of calories though.

So today I felt weak nontheless, and I tried to scale the load up to "stressful enough" while remaining conservative. I'll take big jumps in the next couple of workouts, probably 145kg on Wed and 150kg on Fri
My strength is still mostly there according to bar speed. I'm just lacking energy.

Rest on the Squat was 4/5'.

Press was a little bit light, but the only next jump available was 64kg, so I'll keep it for Friday. Rest was 3/4'.

Hook grip on the deadlift was still an issue so I had to switch to reverse grip mid set, which is always uncomfortable for me.

    Squat 145kg
    Bench 95kgx5 90kg 2x5
    Deadlift 162,5kg

Squat was ok. Rest was around 6/7'.
    I don't think I can do 150kg on Friday, but I'll try 147,5kg.

Bench was pretty heavy at 95kg, so I opted for 2 back-off sets with only 5kg less. Didn't wanna get too tired before my deadlifts.
    Rest was 5'

Deadlifts were ok, hook grip didn't hurt as much.

    Squat 147,5kg 4,5,4
    Press 62,5kg
    Deadlift 150kg x4

    Very little energy today
Last couple of days have been stressful, didn't sleep much, didn't eat much.
I tried to push through the Squat at 147,5kg, but felt very weak, even if the bar speed was ok.
I was way too tired to deadlift, 150kg felt really heavy, hook grip hurt.

I'll be back in Italy next week and will go back to training optimally
I'm sure I'll go back to my old PRs within a month or so.

As a curious sidenote, you know which part of my body feels the weakest and is working the hardest? My abs.
Which goes to show you how much we actually train abs under the bar and how much we need them to transmit force.

    Squat - 140kg
    Press - 62kg
    Deadlift - 160kg
    Chins 3x7,6,6

Back in Italy and back at the gym
    Forgot to weigh myself

Light weights felt heavy, of course.

I'll be leaving again in the beginning of december for another 4 weeks of volunteering in Sicily. Hopefully I'll find a gym there.
So I have 6 weeks to get my numbers up 5o decent levels.

Rest between squats was 5'. Technique was pretty good I think.

Press was ok. Abs and triceps felt pretty weak.
    Rest was also 5'

Deadlifts went up nicely. Hook grip hurt like a bitch.

Did some chins for fun. I'm definitely lighter
