Press didn't feel too heavy, will finally hit 60kg next week

Decided to do regular light deadlifts instead of low back assistance because I wanna fix the technique. I will have to get used to finding the mid foot and staying there

Squats felt good, I cut the depth on the last couple of reps, but still acceptable to me.
Bench was good too, I slow down considerably on the last rep but I was able to grind it. I'll probably switch to 3s pretty soon.
Deadlift was better as far as technique but it still felt heavy in my hands, for some reason even though all my lifts are going up and I'm doing chins my grip strength seems lower than before.

Squat was good, depth was a little inconsistent but happy I hit 140kg
Bench was too heavy to do 5s so I did 3s instead, not a wonderful idea but since I'll take a short vacation for christmas I just wanted to lift the weight, I'll go back to 5s once I come back.
Power cleans felt better, technique was more precise so I kept the weight low to focus on that.

Squats were good
Press was a bit heavy but good.
I did a heavy set of 5 on the deadlift instead of a lighter pull because I'll be on vacation for a week so hopefully will recover well from the stress.
Chins were less than usual because of the heavy dl

Haven't updated in a while.
Apperently my one week vacation made me weaker and gave me a right shoulder pain out of nowhere.
I came back to training after new years and couldn't squat for 5 reps and felt weak overall. After a few adjustement it's starting to get better. Right shoulder pain is only a problem on the bench. I had to cut weight off of all the lifts except deadlifts which are going up thanks to the straps.
My prediction is that in a couple of weeks I'll be setting new PRs on the squat and go back to my previous PRs on the Press and Bench Press, and hopefully make new PRs on the deadlift too.

Squats felt decent, shoulder pain is gone although I have a skin irritation kinda thing that bothers me.
My pressing and power cleaning technique is shit. I'm gonna have to go back to the book and videos. My shitty brain has a hard time remembering motor patterns apparently.

Squats were decent, still don't feel as good as before the holidays, there is some improvement though.
Bench Press feels asymmetric and the setup is contributing to fatigue. I'll keep going and see what happens.
Deadlift is improving thanks to the straps, technique is more consistent although I did ended up on my toes on that last rep.
