    BW ~88,5kg

    08/12/21 - Squat - 149kg - YouTube
    08/12/21 - Bench Press - 87kg - YouTube
    Chins 3x7,7,7

Squats were just as hard as Sunday, back was too vertical on some reps, causing an absence of vertical movement. Depth was just enough on the 5th rep. These don't look too bad yet, I'll keep going.

Bench was fine, nothing to add.

    BW ~90kg (?)

Aftet a short vacation where I skipped a couple sessions, I went back to training

    Squat 140kg
    Press 56kg
    Deadlift 145kg

The squat was harder than I thought, even if I backed down from 149kg to 140kg. I was having a hard time with coordination and technique.

Press was a little light but still I didn't feel proper technique.

Deadlift was okay. I lifted 145kg with a regular grip, no straps, so that's good.

Hopefully this was just the result of the vacation. Theoretically I should have just repeated the loads done a couple workouts ago, but I went back down way more than that.
I'll try to catch up even though in one week I'm leaving for the holidays and will stop training for a couple weeks.
I was thinking of doing a little 1RM test as a last workout of the year, just to get some extra stress in and have some reference numbers.

    Press 58kg
    20/12/21 - Deadlift - 150kg - YouTube

Squats were heavy, but still I was able to hit 145kg. Depth wasn't enough i think.
Press was ok, forgot to tape.
Deadlift was a PR because I used no straps, only a hook grip. It was tough, but I'm satisfied.

During the month of January I layed off thw training mainly because of laziness, I'm not gonna bullshit myself. I had a lot going on, but I coul've trained.

Still, now I am on a roadtrip in the balkans, currently in Tirana, Albania, and I started training at a commercial gym, things aren't as bad as I thought.

    Today's workout:

    Squat 132kgx1x5 / 118kgx2x5
    Press 62kgx3x5 (a PR!!!)
    Deadlift 142x1x5

    Bodyweight: probably around 88-90kg

I'll try to keep training for the rest of the trip and then go back to my own garage gym and hopefully finish this long-ass NLP

    I'm back in Italy
Subscribed to a gym while waiting to go pick up my garage gym, equipment is sufficient. In fact I can use bumper plates to finally learn the PC properly.

My PRs before the trip were
    Squat 149x3x5
Bench 87x3x5 (stopped doing it for stupid reasons)
    Press 61x3x5
    Deadlift 152,5x1x5
    No power clean

    Monday's workout
    Squat 115kg
    Press 58kg
    Deadlift 140kg

    Today's workout
    Squat 120kg
    Bench 80kg
    Power Clean 60kg

It's taking some time to get used again to proper squat form, especially without belt and lifting shoes, but I should get those back in a couple weeks.
All the other lifts feel fine and in a couple weeks I should start making new PRs

    Bodyweight is 90kg
Feeling positive that this is the time I'm going to end my NLP, hopefully before summer.
I'm also starting to reach out to people and trying to coach them (I wanna become an SSC).

    Squat 122kg
    Press 60kg
    Deadlift 145kg

Still need to bend the knees more on my squat. Unfortunately I am really good at keeping the shins vertical and not lose balance. Also weight is still not heavy enough.

Today I was also able to witness what Rip has been talking about for such a long time.

A group of guys, in their 20s, doing the most horrendous shit I have ever seen right behind me. They were taking turns jumping around with a loaded trap bar, while miscounting reps and using sport slang like "make us dream!" "c'mon, fly up high!".
All of this while I was just doing my presses and hardly keeping myself from laughing in their face.
Their "trainer" friend was wearing a mask, of course.
So sad that decades go by, and the same stupid shit is still being practiced.

    Bench - 82kg - YouTube
    Power Clean - 62kg - YouTube

Knee position in the Squat is getting better
    Bench was ok
I tried following Rip's advice and stomp my feet on the power clean, felt better.

    Bodyweight still 90kg
