    Squat: 4x6 127.5 kg ✅
    Deadlift: 2x6 147.5 kg ✅
    Calf raises: 3x12 60 kg ✅
    Biceps Curls: 3x12 @ 17.5 kg ✅

    Squat comments: I did 127.5 for the first two sets then I did 120 because I was feeling very sick, I threw up after the third set.
    Deadlift comments: I managed to get the reps but was very grindy.
    Calf raises comments: Went well.
    Biceps Curls comments: Went well.

    Press comments: Landmine press, going well.

    Squat comments: Did 6 in the top set, and did all the back off sets but it was hard af.
