Press comments: A little challenging but now I'm micro-loading so I hope to keep with the steady progress. Squats comments: It was grindy as fuck especially the two last reps of the last set but I managed to do it. Deadlift comments: It was hard but no as hard as squats.

Bench Press comments: I failed the last rep of the last set, seeing my training footage is clear that setup is inconsistent. I’ll try this weight again next week. Squat comments: It was easy since is 70% of what I did last session Chin-up comments: I used to be able to do like 10 chins but since I've bulked up I think it's normal to get less reps.

Press comments: I failed the last rep of the last set. It getting very frustrating. Squats comments: I had to do back offs sets because the first set was extremely hard "Bone on bone, RPE 10, almost passing out set. I almost missed reps in the first set. Deadlift comments: I did the five reps but it was grindy.

Bench Press comments: it was all hard and Grindy but managed to do it Squat comments: I failed the third set and I just managed to get three reps on the back-off set. Deadlift comments: I couldn't do any reps the weight was welded to the ground.

Press comments: I tried to strict press the weight and it was so much easier than when I tried to do the hip bounce. Squat comments: It was light. Deadlift comments: It wasn't as light as I expected.

Squat comments: I misgrooved the fifth rep of the last rep of the first set, I managed to get all the other reps. Press comments: I all sets I only managed to get 4 reps in the first set, I'll try this weight again. Deadlift comments: I did all the reps fairly easy.
