Bench Press: 3x5 @ 71.25 kg = 157.07 lbs ✅
Squat: 3x5 @ 130 kg = 286.6 lbs ✅
Deadlift: 1x5 @ 145 kg = 319.67 lbs ✅
Bench Press comments:It was hard but now I'm microloading.
Squats comments: It was grind but managed to do it. I misgrooved a couple reps.
Deadlift comments: It feel "good" was hard but not a grind.
