    Press: 3x5 @ 40 kg = 88.18 lbs ✅
    Squat: 3x5 @ 102.5 kg = 225.97 lbs ✅
    Deadlift: 1x5 @ 115 kg = 253.53 lbs ✅

    Press comments: I had to reset this fucking lift again, my pressed regressed and I'm working my way up AGAIN.
    Squats comments: I did my light squat day at aprox. 80%, It feel horrible hahaha.
    Deadlift comments: did my light deadlift day at aprox. 80% If feel good, not sure if I need it.

    Bench Press: 3x5 @ 71.25 kg = 157.07 lbs ✅
    Squat: 3x5 @ 130 kg = 286.6 lbs ✅
    Deadlift: 1x5 @ 145 kg = 319.67 lbs ✅

    Bench Press comments:It was hard but now I'm microloading.
    Squats comments: It was grind but managed to do it. I misgrooved a couple reps.
    Deadlift comments: It feel "good" was hard but not a grind.

    Press: 3x5 @ 41.25 kg = 90.94 lbs ✅
    Squat: 3x5 @ 132.5 kg = 292.11 lbs ✅
    Deadlift: 1x5 @ 147.5 kg = 325.18 lbs ✅

    Press comments: A little challenging but now I'm micro-loading so I hope to keep with the steady progress.
    Squats comments: It was grindy as fuck especially the two last reps of the last set but I managed to do it.
    Deadlift comments: It was hard but no as hard as squats.

    Bench Press: 3x5 @ 72.5 kg = 159.83 lbs ❌
    Squat: 2x5 @ 92.5 kg = 204.47 lbs ✅
    Chin-up: 3x5 @ bodyweight 76 kg ✅

    Bench Press comments: I failed the last rep of the last set, seeing my training footage is clear that setup is inconsistent. I’ll try this weight again next week.
    Squat comments: It was easy since is 70% of what I did last session
    Chin-up comments: I used to be able to do like 10 chins but since I've bulked up I think it's normal to get less reps.

    Press: 3x5 @ 42.5 kg = 93.69 lbs ⚠️
    Squat: 1x5 @ 135 kg = 297.62 lbs ✅
    Back-off: 2x5 120 kg = 264.55 lbs ✅
    Deadlift: 1x5 @ 150 kg = 330.69 lbs ✅

    Press comments: I failed the last rep of the last set. It getting very frustrating.
    Squats comments: I had to do back offs sets because the first set was extremely hard "Bone on bone, RPE 10, almost passing out set. I almost missed reps in the first set.
    Deadlift comments: I did the five reps but it was grindy.

    Back-off: 2x5 122.5 kg = 270.06 lbs ⚠️
    Deadlift: 1x5 @ 152.5 kg = 336.20 lbs ⚠️

    Bench Press comments: it was all hard and Grindy but managed to do it
    Squat comments: I failed the third set and I just managed to get three reps on the back-off set.
    Deadlift comments: I couldn't do any reps the weight was welded to the ground.

    Deadlift: 1x5 @ 125 kg = 336.20 lbs ✅

    Press comments: I tried to strict press the weight and it was so much easier than when I tried to do the hip bounce.
    Squat comments: It was light.
    Deadlift comments: It wasn't as light as I expected.

    Deadlift: 1x5 @ 137.5 kg = 303.13 lbs ✅

    Squat comments: I had to deload the squatI was unable to make even 3 reps.
    Bench Press comments: I switched to triples. Let’s see how long it works.
    Deadlift comments: Same as squat. Lp is coming to an end.

    Squat: 3x5 @ 125 kg = 275.57 lbs ✅
    Press: 3x5 @ 43.75 kg = 96.45 lbs ⚠️
    Deadlift: 1x5 @ 140 kg = 308.64 lbs ✅

    Squat comments: I misgrooved the fifth rep of the last rep of the first set, I managed to get all the other reps.
    Press comments: I all sets I only managed to get 4 reps in the first set, I'll try this weight again.
    Deadlift comments: I did all the reps fairly easy.
