    Bench Press: 1x3 @ 80 kg = 176.37 lbs✅
    Back-off: 2x5 @ 90%
    Squat: 1x3 @ 140 kg = 308.64 lbs ✅
    Deadlift: 2x3 @ 155 kg = 341.71 lbs ❌

    Bench Press comments: I misgrooved a couple reps but I managed to do the reps.
    Squat comments: I managed to do the triple but I didn’t do back offs since I will start doing volume days next week.
    Deadlift comments: I managed to do only one rep it was welded I tried doing 90% for volume (3x5) but I couldn’t do it my low back was already fried from squats.

    Press: 1x5 @ 50 kg = 110.23 lbs✅
    Back-off: 2x5 @90%
    Squat: 5x5 @ 112.5 kg = 248.02 lbs ✅
    Deadlift: 2x3 @ 155 kg = 341.71 lbs ❌

    Press comments: I actually did a triple then a double for the top set. I did the back offs as written.
    Squat comments: Iíve got some sort of pain on my right knee. that made the 5x5 an unpleasant experience.
    Deadlift comments: fucking failed, I only got one rep but there was no chalk Iíll try this weight again

    Bench Press: 5x5@ 67.5 kg = 148.81 lbs✅
    Squat: 2x5 @ 95 kg = 209.43 lbs ✅
    Rows: 3x8 @ 67.5 kg = 148.81 lbs✅

    Bench Press comments: I failed the top set again so I finally transitioned my bench to intermediate programming.
    Squat comments: I was very sore from the volume day but the sets actually helped me feel better.
    Rows comments: There were a couple reps with too much English body for my preference but in general it went well.

    Back-off: 3x5 @90%
    Bench Press: 1x5 @ 75 kg = 165.34 lbs ✅
    Squat: 1x5 @ 135 kg = 297.62 lbs ✅
    Deadlift: 3x5 @ 122.5 kg = 270.06 lbs ✅

    Press comments: It went well. I Did a triple and then a double with newer weight.
    Bench Press comments: I tried to do a new 5rm and It was hard af almost failed it.
    Squat comments: It moved a little bit slower that I wouldíve liked it but I did the reps.
    Deadlift comments: It was a little hard had to use the mix grip.

    Bench Press comments: It went smoothly
    Squat comments: This time I didnít feel any pain while squatting
    Deadlift comments: I made a new PR on my deadlift, It was hard af.

    Back-off: 4x5 @85%
    Squat: 3x5 @ 97.5 kg ✅
    Chin-up: 3x5 @ BW ✅

    Press comments: I did two singles and a triple and four back-off sets.
    Squat comments: It felt good a little bit sore from VD.
    Chin-up comments: Chins have become very hard since I started bulking

    Deadlift: 3x5 @ 125 kg ✅

    Bench Press comments: Iíll try to keep the 5rm moving up went it stops working Iíll switch back to triples
    Squat comments: I went well even tough it felt slower than I wanted
    Deadlift comments: Volume day sucks haha

    Press: 5x5 @ 42.5 kg ✅

    Bench Press comments: I had to switch to triples.
    Press comments: I've noticed that my heel sometimes goes up the ground, I'll try fix this.

    Squat: 5x5 @ 117.5 kg ✅
    Deadlift: 1x5 @ 157.5 kg ✅
    Rows: 3x10 @ 60 kg ✅

    Squat comments: Today felt i went too deep in the bottom of the squats, weights felt good.
    Deadlift comments: Todays PR was extremely hard but I did anyway.
    Rows comments: Today I lowered the weight a little bit and increased the reps because I felt like I was using to much body english.

    Press: 10x1 @ 53.25 kg ❌
    Bench Press: 5x5 @ 70 kg ✅

    Press comments: I tried doing 10 singles with a new PR but I couldn’t. I suspect I’ll have to lower the number singles or the intensity of the singles.
    Bench Press comments: I was very tried after the singles and the volume work felt harder than normal, It went almost to failure.
