Squat comments: I did a double then a triple because the bar started rolling during the set. Deadlift comments: Today it felt very hard the volume on the deadlift. Rows comments: I'm not good with rows I need to practice my form.

Deadlift comments: I managed to set a new 5RM, there was a little bit of upper back rounding in the last reps. Squat comments: It was hard but I did it. Curls comments: I was supposed to do chins but my stomach was hurting so I did biceps curls instead.
