    Squat: 1x5 @ 140 kg ✅
    Back-off: 2x5 @80%
    Deadlift: 3x5 @ 127.5 kg ✅
    Chins: 3x6 @ BW ✅

    Squat comments: It was a grind but I managed to do it, decided to include some back off sets
    Deadlift comments: Volume day still sucks haha
    Chins comments: It went well

    Bench Press: 2x3 @ 82.5 kg ✅
    Press: 5x5 @ 42.5 kg ✅
    Close Grip Bench Press: 3x10 @ 40 kg ✅

    Bench Press comments: It felt good, hard but doable
    Press comments: I did the volume work with more of a strict form to make it harder.
    Close Grip Bench Press comments: Iím using this as an accessory for the triceps instead of the lte since I donít have a w bar.

    Deadlift: 1x5 @ 160 kg ❌
    Squat: 5x5 @ 120 kg ❌
    Chins: 3xAMRAP @ BW ✅

    Deadlift comments: I fucking failed I was exhausted I shouldn't have done drop sets on Sunday
    Squat comments: I was so fried I had to lower the weight and do 3x5 at 100 kg
    Chins comments: I did 7 on the first set then 5 and then 5

    Press: 5x1 @ 53.25 kg ✅
    Bench Press: 5x5 @ 71.25 kg ✅
    Curls and Overhead extensions: 3x10 @ 25 kg ✅


    Press comments: It went well singles are good for practicing
    Bench Press comments: Volume went well
    Curls and Overhead extensions comments: I did a superset of arm work, it felt like cardio.

    Squat: 1x5 @ 142.5 kg ✅
    Deadlift: 3x5 @ 127.5 kg ✅
    Rows: 3x10 @ 62.5 kg ✅


    Squat comments: I did a double then a triple because the bar started rolling during the set.
    Deadlift comments: Today it felt very hard the volume on the deadlift.
    Rows comments: I'm not good with rows I need to practice my form.

    CG Bench Press: 3x10 @ 42.5 kg ✅


    Bench Press comments: Today I could do the reps I tried doing three doubles but even that way. I'll retry this weight next week.
    Press comments: I did more of strict form press for the volume day
    CG Bench Press comments: It felt good, I hope this assistance work will help the bench.

    Deadlift: 1x5 @ 162.5 kg ✅
    Squat: 5x5 @ 122.5 kg ✅
    Curls: 3x8 @ 23.25 ✅


    Deadlift comments: I managed to set a new 5RM, there was a little bit of upper back rounding in the last reps.
    Squat comments: It was hard but I did it.
    Curls comments: I was supposed to do chins but my stomach was hurting so I did biceps curls instead.

    Bench Press: 5x5 @ 72.5 kg ✅
    Curls: 3x10 @ 27.25 ✅

    Press comments: I will do my presses tomorrow I wasn't feeling it today.
    Bench Press comments: It was hard all sets where hard, 9 out of 10
    Curls comments: I did some cheat curls.

    Deadlift: 3x5 @ 130 kg ✅
    Band rows: 5x10 @ orange band ✅

    Squat comments: It was hard af i had to go to triples to keep the weight going up
    Deadlift comments: It was hard but It felt as a regular volume day
    Band rows comments: I decided to mess around with some rows with resistance bands
