    Deadlift: 1x3 @ 170 kg ✅
    Squat: 5x5 @ 120 kg ✅
    Barbell Curls: 3x5 @ 30 kg ✅

    Deadlift comments: I started dropping reps to run out the deadlift
    Squat comments: It felt horrible but I managed to do it
    Barbell Curls: Just doing some curls

    Chin-up: 3xAMRAP

    Press comments: Now I got the 7 singles!
    Bench Press comments: Did the 5 sets, It went well
    Chins comments: 8, 5, 6.

    Deadlift: 3x5 @ 135 kg ✅
    Dumbell Rows: 3x15

    Squat comments: Fucking failed only got 1, 2,0 reps.
    Deadlift comments: Volume day nothing special
    Dumbell Rows comments: Working on my lats

    Press: 5x5 @ 47.5 kg ✅
    Chin-ups: 3XAMRAP

    Bench Press comments: Dropsets were grind as hell
    Press comments: A little grindy
    Chin-ups comments: 8,8,7

    Squat: 5x5 @ 122.5 kg ❌

    Deadlift comments: Hard as fuck same for the drop set
    Squat comments: I only managed to do two set and three reps in the third set.

    Bench Press comments: It went well but I'm experiencing tricep pain in my right arm

    Squat comments: I did three singles at the same weight, I'm trying to figure out my volume day
    Deadlift comments: Working on my upper back rounding
    Dumbell Rows comments: Some additional back work!

    Back-off: 3x10 @70%
    Press: 5x5 @ 45 kg ✅

    Bench Press comments: I was going to do more heavy bench press but my right are is hurting a lot so I just did a single.
    Press comments: I was supposed to do 48.75 kg but my tendonitis was hurting to much so I backed off a little.

    Squat: 4x5 @ 115 kg ✅

    Deadlift comments: I went well, better than last week
    Squat comments: I only did 4 sets, I'm experiencing pain in the hips when squatting
