Press: 5x3 @ 41.25 kg = 90 lbs
Squat: 3x5 @ 97.5 kg = 214.95
Deadlift: 1x5 @ 117.5 kg = 259 lbs
On the Press the weight increase is starting to be very difficult, I'm practicing my Press 2.0 technique.
Squats were fairly easy.
Deadlifts are going up nicely but I feel like recovery is not as good as It used to be. Might start adding a light pull day. Also I got to start practicing hook grip, I don't like using alternate grip.
