Squat comments: I did a light day and I’m working my way to three plates.
Bench Press comments: I failed at the last rep of the last set. I’ll try this weight next time.
Deadlift comments: I did a light pull day.

Press: 3x5 @ 43.75 kg = 96.45 lbs ✅
Deadlift: 1x5 @ 142.5 kg = 314.15 lbs ✅
Squat comments: I couldn't get more than two reps, extremely frustrating since I've squated almost 10 kg more than today for 3x5
Press comments: I managed to do all reps there was a little bit of a layback on the last reps.
Deadlift comments: I managed to do all reps.

Squat: 3x5 @ 127.5 kg = 281.08 lbs ✅
Bench Press: 5x3 @ 75 kg = 165.34 lbs ✅
Deadlift: 1x5 @ 145 kg = 319.67 lbs ✅
Squat comments: It was hard as fuck but I managed to do it. I misgrooved a couple reps so that didn't make the squats any easier.
Bench Press comments: Also hard as fuck. Doing triples sucks.
Deadlift comments: Also extremely hard but managed to do it.

Rows: 3x5 @ 60 kg = 132.77 lbs ✅
Squat comments: I misgrooved a couple reps I need to refine my technique.
Press comments: it was hard but I’m finding the right bar path now,my quads got fried.
Rows comments: I did Pendleton rows as I wanted to experiment an alternative to just light deadlifts.

Squat comments: I fucking failed last rep of the last set, next week I’ll try back off sets.
Bench Press comments: It get well, back offs were manageable.
Deadlift comments: it was hard as fuck I had to do two sets to get the reps

Squat comments: I started doing drop sets, I hope this gets me to three plates.
Press comments: I managed to do all the reps. My quads got very pumped.
Rows comments: I started doing rows alternated with deadlifts.

Back-off sets: 4@90%✅
Deadlift: 3x5@ 120 kg = 264.55 lbs ✅
Squat comments: The top set was hard af, back-offs were manageable
Bench Press comments: It went well I hope I can get to 80. Lp is coming to and end.
Deadlift comments: I had planned to set a new pr but I couldn’t so I followed the med guidelines and made Wednesday a volume day.

Press: 3x5@ 47.5 kg = 104.72 lbs✅
Back-off: 2x5 @90%
Deadlift: 2x3@ 150 kg = 330.69 lbs ✅
Squat comments: I originally tried to do 137.5 but I only managed to do a double, instead I had to do a light day
Press comments: I decided to go start using drop sets to keep the intensity going up.
Deadlift comments: It was extremely hard but I managed to do it.

Squat comments: I had to go to triples, All the sets were very hard.
Bench Press comments: I decided to do back-offs with fives instead of triples.
Deadlift comments: I managed to do the reps, it was very hard.

Deadlift: 3x5 @ 122.5 kg = 270.06 lbs ✅
Squat comments: Nothing special abou squats today, I felt pain on the right tight
Press comments: I misgrooved some reps so I actually did a triple then a double and the the back off sets.
Deadlift comments: It went well but the pain from the squat got worse during the sets.
