Press comments: I actually did a triple then a double for the top set. I did the back offs as written.
Squat comments: I’ve got some sort of pain on my right knee. that made the 5x5 an unpleasant experience.
Deadlift comments: fucking failed, I only got one rep but there was no chalk I’ll try this weight again
