Bench Press: 2x3 @ 82.5 kg ✅
Press: 5x5 @ 42.5 kg ✅
Close Grip Bench Press: 3x10 @ 40 kg ✅
Bench Press comments: It felt good, hard but doable
Press comments: I did the volume work with more of a strict form to make it harder.
Close Grip Bench Press comments: I’m using this as an accessory for the triceps instead of the lte since I don’t have a w bar.
