    Deadlift: 1x5 @ 165 kg ✅
    Squat: 3x5 @ 125 kg ✅
    Curls: 3x8 @ 25 ✅

    Deadlift comments: It went well but I rounded my back on the fifth and maybe the fourth rep.
    Squat comments: I reduced the volume to enhance recovery.
    Curls comments: I was fun doing bicep curls.

    Press: 7x1 @ 52.5 kg ✅
    Bench Press: 5x5 @ 72.5 kg ✅
    Shoulders raises: 3x10 @ 5 kg
    Dumbbell curls: 3x10 @ 7.5 kg
    Triceps extensions: 3x10 @ 20 kg

    Press comments: It went well I decided to reduce the load to increase the number of singles
    Bench Press comments: It went fine
    Arm training comments: Probably an over kill but arm training is fun

    Deadlift: 3x5 @ 132.5 kg ✅
    Curls: 3x8 @ 22.5 kg ✅

    Squat comments: It was an awful grind but I managed to do it
    Deadlift comments: It was hard but I did it anyways
    Curls comments: Just doing some arm work

    Bench Press: 1x5 @ 80 kg ✅
    Back-off: 2x8 @80%
    Press: 5x5 @ 45 kg ✅
    Chins: 3XAMRAP

    Bench Press comments: I went well, I think the back off sets will help the bench.
    Press comments:I did the reps in a paused fashion.
    Chins comments: I did 7 reps total every set, It went 7, 5+2,4+3.

    Deadlift: 1x5 @ 167.5 kg ❌
    Squat:4x5 @ 120 kg ✅
    Calf raises: 3x20 20 kg ✅

    Deadlift comments: Today I was feeling like shit I just managed to do a double and then a single.
    Squat comments: I had to lower the weight because I almost failed the first set of 127.5 kg.
    Calf raises comments: I did some calf training finally.

    Press comments: I only managed to get 6 singles I'll repeat the weight!
    Bench Press comments: It went well
    Chins comments: My reps per set were: 8,6,6

    Pacho,

    May I ask how you are creating these logs?
    They look very good, are they exported from an app?
    Or are you just manually entering the info and putting the green check mark or red X ?

    Sorry for the bother, I just wondered as I’m putting comments in my iPhone app, in the log here, both by hand.

    Keep up the good work, I get inspiration from these logs.

    Squat: 2x3 @ 150 kg
    Deadlift: 3x5 @ 135 kg
    Dumbell Curls: 3x10

    Squat comments: I got the 6 reps but I misgrooved the third rep of the last set, I'll be switching to doubles
    Deadlift comments: Volume day is went heavy
    Curls comments: Some arm work
