Press comments: Way more difficult than I thought it would be.

Squat comments: I deloaded the squat since I was feeling a pain when squatting both in the intensity and volume day. I’ll starting cycle the volume to see if I’m more successful
Deadlift comments: This volume day felt like shit but I did it any way, I want to pull four plates this week.

Deadlift comments: Finally four plates! The first rep was solid but in the second there was some hitching.
Squat comments: It was almost a torture doing 5 sets of squats, will see If volume cycling works.
