    Squat: 3x1 @ 155 kg ✅
    Deadlift: 3x5 @ 137.5 kg ✅
    Dumbbell Incline Press: 3x15 10 kg ✅

    Squat comments: It went well better than expected actually
    Deadlift comments: Maybe a little grindier than expected
    Dumbbell Incline Press comments: I'll start including more press work, my dumbbells go just to 10 kg so i did that for 15 reps.

    Bench Press comments: It went surprisingly well
    Press comments: I had to reduce a little bit the intensity of the press

    Deadlift comments: In the third rep there was a little bit of hitching.
    Squat comments: I'll try using three sets for volume day.

    Squat comments: I just did one single, my lower body movement are stalling a little bit.
    Deadlift comments: The volume is beginning to get hard af.

    Press: 5x5 @ 47.5 kg ✅
    Dumbell Incline Press: 3x15

    Bench Press comments: I just managed to one rep for a new max so I included a back off set.
    Press comments: Way more difficult than I thought it would be.

    Squat comments: I deloaded the squat since I was feeling a pain when squatting both in the intensity and volume day. I’ll starting cycle the volume to see if I’m more successful
    Deadlift comments: This volume day felt like shit but I did it any way, I want to pull four plates this week.

    Press comments: The singles went well better than expected, finally the full plate is coming.
    Bench Press comments: I had an important meeting so I just managed to do 3 sets instead of five.

    Squat: 5x5 @ 117.5 kg ✅


    Deadlift comments: Finally four plates! The first rep was solid but in the second there was some hitching.
    Squat comments: It was almost a torture doing 5 sets of squats, will see If volume cycling works.

    Bench Press comments: I had to reset my intensity day. I’ll start using the three week Texas method for the bench.
    Press comments: Very hard but it’s going up in weight.
