    Squat comments: It went well.
    Deadlift comments: It went well too, I'm still getting the hang of this variation of deadlift.

    Press comments: I did seven singles but only managed to get five singles, I'll repeat this weight again.
    Bench Press comments: It went well.

    Deadlift comments: It all went as planned.
    Squat comments: Surprisingly it went well too.

    Floor LTE: 3x8 25 kg ✅

    Bench Press comments: It felt harder than expected
    Press comments: I decided to start cycling my volume in three-week waves.
    Floor LTE comments: It went well I’ll test this floor version for this cycle.

    Squat comments: I went well a little grindy.
    SDL comments: Went well too and also a little grindy.
    Face-pulls: I'll start doing these for rear delt work

    Deadlift comments: It was harder than expected but I did all the reps.
    Squat comments: It was a mental challenge but I did too.
    Face-pulls comments: Some rear-delt work.

    Bench Press comments: I actually failed, just managed to do this twice maybe my bench shouldn't cycle volume

    LTE comments: I'm LPing this movement, It's going well.

    Squat comments: It was very hard for the weight maybe I detrained a little.
    SDL comments: I deload the deadlift I was feeling very beat up
    Face-pulls comments: Some rear-delt work as usual

    Bench Press: 5x3 77.5 kg ✅
    LTE 3x10 @ 27.5 kg ✅

    Press comments: Worst pressing day of the year, couldn't lock out a single rep.
    Bench Press comments: Grindy but did it anyway.
    LTE comments: Grindy too.
