    LTE: 3x10 @ 28.25 kg ✅

    Bench Press comments: It went surprisingly well
    Press comments: It messed of the three week cycle here
    LTE comments: It's becoming harder to progress in this exercise.

    SDL comments: It was relatively easy.

    Press comments: I had an ear infection so I wasn’t feeling that good.
    Bench Press comments: I little bit grinder than expected.
    LTE comments: going well, I’ll start decreasing reps till reaching fives.

    Squat: 5x4 127.5 kg ✅
    Face-Pulls: 3x20 @ orange band kg ✅

    Deadlift comments: Today was a very stressful day couldn't get my proper meals. So everything felt like shit but I still did it.
    Squat comments: Horrible, the mind is capable of more than we give it credit.
    Face-Pulls comments: Felt easy in comparison.

    LTE: 3x8 @ 31.25 kg ✅

    Bench Press comments: Was hard but I did it
    Press comments: I did 2.0 for all the reps, I need to practice the hip bounce to get better at singles
    LTE comments: It beginning to get hard.

    Barbell Curls: 3x10 @ 30 kg

    Squat comments: It was hard but manageable.
    SDL comments: I hate stiff leg deadlifts but It seems to work.
    Face-pulls comments: Rear deal work.
    Barbell Curls comments: I introduced barbell curls, I'm doing it semi strict with shoulder flexion at the top of every rep.

    Bench Press: 5x3 80 kg ✅
    LTE: 3x8 @ 32.5 kg ✅

    Press comments: It has been stalling lately Ill start using a range for my singles instead of failing so I get the tonnage
    Bench Press comments: Very hard almost missed the last rep of the last set but I competed the reps
    LTE comments: Also very hard maybe I’ll start rotating accessory exercises.

    Barbell Curls: 3x8 @ 32.5 kg

    Deadlift comments: Deadlift felt horrible and also the back-offs
    Squat comments: It went surprisingly well It was that hard.
    Face-pulls comments: Nothing special about it.
    Barbell Curls comments: I did 32.5 for the first set and then 32.5 for 5 reps and then 30 for 3 reps.

    LTE: 3x8 @ 33.25 kg ✅

    Bench Press comments: Went very well.
    Press comments: It was a very hard grind the last reps of the last set were performed as singles.
    LTE comments: This movement is starting to stagnate next week I’ll switch the movement.
