    Squat: 3x1 155 kg ✅
    Deficit SDL: 5x5 105 kg ✅
    Face-pulls: 3x20 @ orange band ✅
    Barbell curls: 3x10 @ 27.5 kg

    Squat comments: It went well.
    Deficit Deadlift comments: It went well.
    Face-pulls comments: Good too.
    Barbell curls comments: First set was strict, the second I did two pause rest reps and the third set I cheated a little bit.

    Press: 10x1 57.5x9 60x1 kg ✅
    Bench Press: 5x5 72.5 kg ✅
    LTE: 3x5-8 @ 35 kg ✅

    Press comments: It went well but doing 10 singles is a pain in the ass.
    Bench Press comments: Felt very good.
    LTE comments: Grind af I'll change the variation next week

    Deadlift: 1x1 172.5 kg ✅
    Back-off: 1x3 @ 155 kg
    Squat: 5x5 120 kg ✅
    Face-pulls: 3x20 @ orange band ✅
    Barbell Curls: 3x8 @ 32.5 kg

    Deadlift comments: It went well, meaning It was a grinder but technique didn't break down.
    Squat comments: It went well too.
    Face-pulls comments: Well too.
    Barbell Curls comments: I did the reps in a cheat curls style.

    Bench Press: 2x3 82.5 kg ✅
    Press: 5x5 50 kg ✅
    Chin-ups: 3x5 @bodyweight
    CG Bench: 3x10 @ 42.5 kg

    Bench Press comments: It went very smooth
    Press comments: It felt much better this week
    Chin-ups: I'll add more volume but for now I'll stick to fives
    CG Bench comments: I started light but I pretend to work to a much heavier weight.

    Deficit SDL: 4x5 115 kg ✅
    Pin Press: 1x3 @ 50 kg ✅
    Barbell curls: 3x8 @ 27.5 kg ✅
    Face-pulls: 3x20 @ orange band

    Squat comments: It went better than expected
    Deficit SDL comments: Went as expected.
    Pin Press comments: I tried 60 kg but couldn't do it. I did a triple the heaviest I Could.
    Barbell curls comments: I lowered the weight a little bit so I could do the reps in a more strict fashion.
    Face-pulls comments: Good as usual.

    Rows: 3x8@ 60kg ✅

    Press comments: Went Well.
    Bench Press comments: Horrible everything was a grind I even failed the fourth rep of the forth set maybe I misgrooved it.
    Rows comments: Went well too.

    Deadlift comments: It went very smooth.
    Squat comments: It went well too.
    Barbell Curls comments: I did this as a superset It was very hard.
    Face-pulls comments: Doing it as a superset was very exhausting.

    Bench Press comments: Went well, feeling a little pain on the right shoulder.
    Press comments: It was very grindy.
    Chin-up comments: Grindy too.
    CG Bench Press comments: Went well.

    Squat comments: Went good.
    Deficit SDL comments: Good too, I started using straps for volume.
    Pin Press comments: Grindy af might drop this exercise.
    Barbell curls comments: Direct arm work.
    Face-pulls comments: Rear delt work.
