    Deadlift: 1x2 157.5 kg ✅
    Back-off: 1x5 140
    Squat: 5x3 kg 135 kg ✅
    Barbell curls: 3x10 @ 25 kg ✅
    Face-pulls: 3x20 @ orange band ✅

    Deadlift comments: Went very well I used straps for the double and mixed grip for the back-off set.
    Squat comments: Went well but I feel that I can improve my squat form.
    Barbell curls comments: I lowered the weight and I did the reps more strictly.
    Face-pulls comments: I probably need a new band because this one is very loose.

    Bench Press: 5x1 95 kg ❌
    Press: 5x5 45 kg ✅
    Inverted Row: 3x8 @bodyweight ✅

    Bench Press comments: Today It was very cold and I feel like that affected my performance a lot, I did failed two singles at 95 kg then did a 90 kg single and two 92.5 kg singles.
    Press comments: Went very well.
    Inverted Row comments: I changed to rows because I felt that chins were messing with my shoulders.

    Deficit SDL: 5x5 107.5 ✅
    Dumbell curls: 3x8 @ 10 kg ✅
    Face-pulls: 3x20 @ orange band

    Squat comments: It was grindy as hell but I managed to get a PR.
    Deficit SDL comments: Went well too.
    Dumbell curls comments: I changed the movement.
    Face-pulls comments: Went well too.

    Push-ups: 3x10 @ bodyweight ✅

    Bench Press comments: It went well.
    Rows comments: Went well too.
    Push-ups comments: A little grindy, I did the reps with my hands as fists to prevent wrist extension.

    Bench Press comments: I failed, only got two reps.
    Press comments: It went well.
    Inverted Row comments: Went well too but I felt my rotator cuff a little bit.

    Rows: 3x10-12@ 60kg ✅
    Push-ups: 3x10 @ bodyweight ✅

    Bench Press comments: Went well very easy.
    Rows comments: I'm still experimenting with the grip, was easy too.
    Push-ups comments: I went almost to failure in the third set but the exercise was easy in general.

    Barbell curls: 3x8 @ 27.5 kg ✅
    Face-pulls: 3x20 @ orange band ✅

    Deadlift comments: It was a grinder both the top set and back-off sets, I used straps for the top set and mixed grip for the back-off sets.
    Squat comments: Grinder too.
    Barbell curls comments: I just eight reps was feeling exhausted.
    Face-pulls comments: Went well.

    Press: 5x3 48.25 kg ✅
    Inverted Row: 3x12 @bodyweight ✅

    Bench Press comments: I did two sets of 85 I tried 87.5 kg and only got one.
    Press comments: Easy af.
    Inverted Row comments: I little hard but not too much.
