    Deficit SDL: 3x5 127.5 ✅
    Face-pulls: 3x20 @ orange band ✅
    Barbell curls: 3x10 @ 25 kg ✅

    Squat comments: Very grindy.
    Deficit SDL comments: Went well.
    Face-pulls comments: Went well too.
    Barbell curls comments: Went very near failure.

    Bench Press: 5x3 80 kg ✅
    Rows: 3x8@ 62.5 kg ✅
    Push-ups: 3x12 @ bodyweight ✅

    Bench Press comments: I was supposed to do 82.5 kg but I failed the first set so I did 80 instead but it was a grinder still.
    Rows comments: I did inverted rows instead of barbell rows.
    Push-ups comments: I failed at eight reps in the last set.

    Back-off: 1x5 145 kg
    Squat: 5x3 140 kg ✅
    Barbell curls: 3x20 @ orange band ✅
    Face-pulls: 3x20 @ orange band ✅

    Deadlift comments: Went well, I used straps and belt for the main and back off sets.
    Squat comments: Went well too, a little grindy the last two sets.
    Barbell curls comments:I switched to banded curls.
    Face-pulls comments: Went well.

    Press: 5x5 46.25 kg ✅
    Inverted Row: 3x10 @bodyweight ✅

    Bench Press comments: I failed the attemps at 92.5, 95 but did get at 90 kg.
    Press comments: I actually did a 3x5 was feeling very heavy.
    Inverted Row comments: Went well.

    CG Bench Press comments: I tried to do a triple but I failed. Did some bak-off work.
    Press comments: Went well, I reduced the load compared to the last cycle because I'm writing my thesis.
    Inverted Row comments: Went well.
