    Deadlift: 1x3 155 kg ✅
    Back-off: 1x5 140 kg
    Squat: 5x4 kg 130 kg ✅
    Band face-pulls: 3x20 @ orange band ✅
    Band bicep curls: 3x20 @ orange band ✅

    Deadlift comments: Feeling good.
    Squat comments: Went very very well but it was supposed to be 142.5 kg.
    Band face-pulls comments: Went well.
    Band bicep curls comments: Went well.

    Bench Press: 3x2 80 kg ✅
    Press: 5x3 47.5 kg ✅
    Inverted Row: 3x12 @bodyweight

    Bench Press comments: I did it but my shoulder hurted a lot.
    Press: I used a weight a little lighter because of shoulder pain
    Inverted Row comments: I didn’t do them because I felt a lot of pain in right shoulder during this training session.

    Squat: 2x2 150 kg ✅
    Deficit SDL: 3x5 127.5 kg ✅
    Band face-pulls: 3x20 @ orange band ✅
    Band bicep curls: 3x20 @ orange band ✅

    Squat comments: Went well.
    Deficit SDL comments: It had to reduce the weight to 120 in the second and last set.
    Band face-pulls comments: I preferred not to do it because my shoulder hurts.
    Band bicep curls comments: Same as band face-pulls.

    Bench Press comments: I only did 3x3 because my shoulder hurts a lot.

    Barbell curls: 3x20 @ orange band ✅
    Face-pulls: 3x20 @ orange band ✅

    Deadlift comments: All the reps were grinder, hitching reps.
    Squat comments: I tired doing the sets but I only managed to get 2 sets.
    Barbell curls comments: Went well.
    Face-pulls comments: Went well.

    Press: 3x5 45 kg ✅

    Bench Press comments: Only did a single, my shoulder hurts a lot.
    Press comments: Deloaded the volume today.

    Press: 30x12, 32.5x12 35x10 37.5x8
    Inverted Rows: bodyweight x12,12,10,8

    Bench Press comments: Went well.
    Barbell Rows comments: Went well.
    Press comments: Very grindy.
    Inverted Rows comments: I was supposed to do chins but my shoulder is bothering too much.
