    Squat comments: Went well but was a little grindy.
    SDL comments: Super grindy I'll stop using 2'' blocks.

    Dumbbell Rows: x10, x10 x8 x6 ✅
    Dumbbell Press: x12, x12, x10, x8 ✅
    Inverted Rows: bodyweight x12,12,10,8 ✅

    Bench Press comments: Went well.
    Barbell Rows comments: I had to go by feeling and pausing some reps since I have only two dumbbells.
    Press comments: Same as in the rows.
    Inverted Rows comments: I used a pronated grip.
