    My stats:

    Age: 22
    Height: 5'6 = 167 cm
    Weight: 152 lbs = 69 kg

I'm on my 7-8 week of LP. I'm still running 3x5 and 1x5 every single session, with 5 pounds jumps on every llift but the press and I'm using my belt for working sets only. My press is starting to slow down, I've been experimenting with microplates and 5x3.

    Press: 5x3 @ 41.25 kg = 90 lbs
    Squat: 3x5 @ 97.5 kg = 214.95
    Deadlift: 1x5 @ 117.5 kg = 259 lbs

On the Press the weight increase is starting to be very difficult, I'm practicing my Press 2.0 technique.

    Squats were fairly easy.

Deadlifts are going up nicely but I feel like recovery is not as good as It used to be. Might start adding a light pull day. Also I got to start practicing hook grip, I don't like using alternate grip.

    Bench Press: 3x5 @ 65 kg = 144.3 lbs
    Squat: 3x5 @ 100 kg = 220 lbs
    Deadlift: 1x5 @ 120 kg = 264.5 lbs

The bench press was very hard I felt my hamstrings and spinal erectors cramping a lot but I managed to do the sets.

Squats were tough, I could not believe how heavy it felt but I did it.

Deadlifts were not as hard as I thought It would feel but I still think It is a matter of time before I need the light day for the deadlift or squat.

    Press: 5x3 @ 40 kg = 88 lbs
    Squat: 3x5 @ 102.5 kg = 2225.97 lbs
    Deadlift: 1x5 @ 122.5 kg = 259 lbs

My press regressed. I feel like my press technique is not good enough so I will do a reset of 10% to work on the hip movement.

Squats are getting tough. Maybe a light squat day will be needed.

Deadlifts were hard. Next week I'll Start a Light pull day.

    Bench Press: 3x5 @ 67.5 kg = 148.812 lbs
    Squat: 3x5 @ 105 kg = 231.485 lbs
    Deadlift: 1x5 @ 125 kg = 275.578 lbs

The bench press was even harder than before I managed to get the fifteen reps in three sets.

Squats are still hard but I felt better today.

Deadlifts were very hard and my form was compromised a little bit.

    Press: 3x5 @ 40 kg = 88.18 lbs
    Squat: 3x5 @ 107.5 kg = 236.99 lbs
    Deadlift: 1x5 @ 127.5 kg = 281.08 lbs

I managed to get the first set and almost the other sets but my bar path is too inconsistent so I had to do a couple singles. I'll try nick delgado's approach of focusing on get 15 reps instead of deloading and working back up.

Squats were hard but I did my fives.

On my last set of deadlifts I always have a little bit of a form breakdown. I'm working on mantaing extension of the upper back.
