Squat-volume: 5x4 @ 70 + 7 micro plates
Comment:
Deadlift: All great and easier than I thought.
Squat: More hard than it was to be.

Press: I tried 27.5 kg but I failed.

Squat: It was doable.
SLD: I tried 3x5, but the first was very hard.

Chin-up negative: 3x5 @ 3 sec
Comments:
Press: All great and I changed to make only sets.
Bench: It was hard because I was tired.
Chin-up negative: The last set was very very hard
