    1x1 @ 30 kg + 7 micro plates and 4 backoff sets of 3 @ 90%
    Bench - volume: 5x3 @ 35 kg + 7 micro plates

    Comments:
    Press: All great.
    Bench: All great too.

    Deadlift-intensity: 1x2 @ 100 kg and back-off: 1x5 @ 87.5 kg
    Squat-volume: 5x4 @ 70 + 7 micro plates

    Comment:
    Deadlift: All great and easier than I thought.
    Squat: More hard than it was to be.

    Comments:
    Bench: All great and easy.
    Press: I tried 27.5 kg but I failed.

    SLD: 5x3 @ 80 kg
    Pin Press: 1x3 @ 27.5 kg

    Comments:
    Squat: It was doable.
    SLD: I tried 3x5, but the first was very hard.
    Pin Press: It was great.

    7x1 @ 30 kg + 4 micro plates
    Bench - volume: 5x3 @ 37.5 kg
    Chin-up negative: 3x5 @ 3 sec

    Comments:
    Press: All great and I changed to make only sets.
    Bench: It was hard because I was tired.
    Chin-up negative: The last set was very very hard

    Deadlift: It was hard, but I did.

    Pin Press: 1x3 @ 30 kg
    Face-pulls: 3x20 @ orage band

    Comments:
    Squat: All great and beatiful.
    SLD: Great.
    Pin Press: It was like 1x1 and 1x2 hahaha
