    Squat-volume: 5x5 @ 70 kg ❌
    Face-pulls: 3x20 @ orage band

    Comment:
    Sumo: I tried 112 kg, 105 kg but I failed.
    Squat: I did 5x3. This week was a little hard (I was tired with my work)

    Squat: I failed when I did the first set. So I did 1x3 with this weight.
    Sumo: I did 85 kg.

    Press: I did 1x3 @ 30 kg and 4x3 @ 27.5 kg
