    Dumbbell Press: x12, x12, x10, x8 ✅
    Inverted Rows: x12,12,10,8 ✅
    Bicep Curls: 3x12 @ 10 kg ✅
    LTE: 3x12 @ 15 kg ✅

    Bench Press comments: I did 6 repetitions, I felt disappointed.
    Rows comments: ok
    Press comments: ok
    Inverted Rows comments: ok
    Bicep Curls: ok
    LTE: ok

    Squat: 1xAMRAP @ 72.5 kg ✅
    Back off: 5x3 @ 75 kg
    Deadlift: 3x8 @ 65 kg ✅

    Squat comments: I did 5 reps. The back off was hard.
    Deadlift comments: It was hard too.

    Pause Deadlift : 3x8 @ 60 kg ✅
    Calf raises : 3x12 @ 60 kg ✅
    Face pulls : 3x20 @ orange band ✅

    Squat comments: I thougth it was be hard, but it was great. I did 7 repetitions.
    Pause Deadlift comments: Ok
