- I reset the weight because it a time I didn't do press and last training maybe affects today.
Bench: I tried 40 kg plus 4 microplates, but I couldn't do the second rep.
Press: I finally return to do press.

21/01/2021 Squat - intensity: 1x3 @ 80 kg + 7 microplates Deadlift- volume: 5x3 @ 77.5 kg
Comments:
Squat: It wasn’t deep enough and hard to do.
Deadlift: it was doable and when I started I was hard because my arms were painful because I did the squat wrong.
Comments:
Bench: I tried to do the forth set but I couldn’t finish.
Press: A little hard and I feel my arms burning.
Close Grip Bench Press: 3x8 @ 20 kg

Comments:
Deadlift: When I stated to warm-up I thought I couldn’t do the weight today, but I got it done.
Squat: I did less weight than last week because I did deadlift first.
Chin-ups: 3x5 with band

Press: All doable and great.
Bench: I felt some pain in my abdomen
Curls: 3x10 @ 10 kg
