    Squat: 5x3 @ 75 kg
    Press: -
    Deadlift: 2x3 @ 70 kg

I'm a little sick (I hope it's not COVID), so today, before training, my food was two apples.
I am feeling pain when breathing and doing the press is difficult because the pain increases.

    Comments:
Bench: I couldn't do the last few repetitions. So next training I'm going to do the same height.
Squat: I decided to decrease my squat 10%. It was a little hard and I saw I have a habit of raising my legs before, so like my boyfriend said: "It is good for you improve your technique".
Deadlift: When I tried 75 kg (165.347 lbs) the weight was welded to the ground.

    Squat: 65 kg + 7 micro plates [0,7 kg] (1.5 lbs) ✅

    Deadlitf: 1x5 @ 70kg (143.3 lbs) ✅

    Comments:
Squat: I failed in my 2 rep but I think I think to much in my urinary incontinence. 😥 I saw that menstrual cup can help, so I’m going to try.
I saw this in: Stress urinary incontinence during squats in women

Bench: Today was a raining ☔️ training day. We (me and my boyfriend) started training and but we needed to do the deadlift because the rack is in an uncovered place.
    It was:
    1x3 @ 35 kg and 4x3 @ 32.5 kg (95%)
Deadlift: All beautiful 🤩 Me and my boyfriend made a funny competition and who do the deadlift between 40 seconds wins a coca. We both are winners. 🏆
